I'm getting ready for practice with the 11 U B Travel team tonight.  I did a quick video for you reviewing what we're going to do and included my practice plan if you want to check it out. 

We'll start with a dynamic warm up, do some base running, throwing program, and sliding practice, review of bunts, tee work, cuts and relays and we'll get some fun competition in with Smushballs and play some Eraser Ball.  The word of the day is Communicate and we'll talk about the importance of Baseball Coach to player communication as well player to player communication.
