Meet Your Coach

Brandon Martorano

Brandon Martorano is a native of Marlboro, NJ where he attended Christian Brothers Academy. During his high school career, he was ranked as the #7 catcher in the country by Prep Baseball Report, #208 overall player in the country by Baseball America, and #134 overall player by Perfect Game. He was selected in the 30th round of the 2016 MLB draft but declined to attend the University of North Carolina. After two successful seasons as a Tar Heel, Brandon was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 16th round of the 2019 MLB Draft. He currently plays with the San Francisco Giants in their minor-league system and coaches at Zoned Sports Academy in the off season.

Brandon’s passion for catching is infectious. He can coach any player, regardless of skill set or ability level because of his ability to communicate, keep the game fun and speak the language of all his players.
