Q. I am having difficulty logging in. Can you assist me?

A. We sure can. Most login issues can be resolved by going to the Login Page and clicking on “forgot password”. This allows you to reset your password. If you are still having difficulty, it may be that there was an error in your email or you used a different email. Please contact us at [email protected] to confirm.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?

A. You are welcome to cancel your membership anytime by visiting the Membership Cancellation Page.  

Q. Does the Majors course come with both the Rookie and Minors courses?

A. Yes, it does! It's the best investment for coaches of younger players who want to grow with the game! It's also great for advanced students to get ahead or coaches who want to add extra coaching resources.

Q. Where are the downloads?

A. The downloads are at the end of each course. The all Access Membership also has a Coach’s Resource section which contains downloads.

Q. How do I access the videos? Do I need to wait for anything in the mail?

A. You get instant access to the entire package, right over your computer, smartphone or tablet. There's no waiting for DVDs in the mail, and no shipping charges! We will email you a login as soon as you purchase. Then, we will email you the link to download our app.

Q. Is the content good for parents and athletes or just for coaches?

A. The courses were developed with coaches in mind. That said, parents and players can use the information as well. The material is perfect for anyone that wants to improve their baseball (and softball) skills and learn the best way to teach them to others.

Q. What age level is this for?

A. Our content supports coaches beginning at the tee ball level or ages 4-6 and continues to 12U +. For coaches that coach multiple age groups or want the most robust content offering, they will want to consider the All Access Membership.

• Tee ball is for coaches of ages 4-6
• Rookies is for coaches of ages 6-9
• Minors is for coaches of ages 8-11
• Majors is for coaches of ages 8-12

Pitching, Catching, Turn 2 and First Baseman are applicable to coaches of kids who have a firm grasp of the fundamentals and are focusing on intermediate and more advanced play, approximately 10-12U +

We use many of the drills found in our courses with any age group and change the variables such as speed, distance, velocity, etc. Even our high schoolers and professionals like fun competition!

Q. Do you have an affiliate or partner program where I can earn money by recommending your courses?

Q. Can we have our team train with Coach Duke and Coach Steve?

A. Our indoor training facility is located in Bridgewater, NJ. If you are in the area and want to train with us, please check out the Zoned website and give us a call. If you have a large group and are interested in having us come out to you, please give us a call at 732-537-1770. We would also be happy to discuss virtual training.
